After Care is imperative in keeping your precious jewellery intact.

The top cause of stones falling out of jewellery is dirt build up between the setting and the stone. I believe a pro-active of regular cleaning and inspection ensures that your precious item is looked after, maintained and will continue to sparkle for decades to come.

Diamond Revolution will accept all jewellery, not just pieces purchased through Diamond

• A non-refundable fee of £20 is required for all repairs, which will be deducted from any subsequent estimate.

• Further work will be estimated and must be accepted or rejected within 7 days; otherwise, the item will be Returned Un Done (RUD), and the deposit will be forfeited.

• Once an estimate is provided and accepted, payment for all work must be made within 7 days; failure to do so will result in the item being RUD, and the deposit will be forfeited.

• Estimated timescales may vary depending on the workshop's workload and the complexity of the work required.

• Items are dispatched via signed-for courier service. It is the client's responsibility to be available to receive deliveries once the item is ready.

• Diamond Revolution does not guarantee work. Any items returned will be reassessed by the workshop.

• Clients have 5 days from the date of the courier's signature record to dispute any completed work.

All items are insured by Diamond Revolution, a fully insured workshop, or courier insurance. In the event of loss or theft, it is the responsibility of the respective insurer to replace the value of the goods.
